4. The opportunity has also been taken to add a definition of
*motor vehicle" to section 2 of the principal Ordinance, and to
increase the penalty imposed by section 4 of the principal Ordinance
in order to bring it into line with other legislation of a similar
character.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His
behalf.
